- 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash (about)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. grated or chopped onion
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. s. milk
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash until tender.

2Mash and add onion, salt and pepper. Add beaten eggs, milk and crumbs.

3Put into a casserole sprayed with Pam.

4Top with cheese and a few cracker crumbs.

5Bake at 350° in oven until set, lightly brown or cheese melts.
