  • 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash (about)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. grated or chopped onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. s. milk
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook squash until tender.

    Mash and add onion, salt and pepper. Add beaten eggs, milk and crumbs.

    Put into a casserole sprayed with Pam.

    Top with cheese and a few cracker crumbs.

    Bake at 350° in oven until set, lightly brown or cheese melts.
