  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing crumbs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 medium carrot, grated fine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except stuffing crumbs and margarine.

    Top casserole with crumbs.

    Pour melted margarine over crumbs.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly and golden brown, 30 to 45 minutes.
