- 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced (6 c.)
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1In a saucepan, cook sliced squash and chopped onions in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain.

2Combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream with carrots; fold in drained squash and onions. Combine stuffing mix and melted butter.

3Spread half of stuffing mixture in bottom of oblong baking dish.

4Spoon vegetable mixture on top.

5Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over vegetables.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
