  • 1 1/2 lb. (3 c.) squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese
  • dash of black pepper

Directions

    Mix all of the ingredients except cornbread stuffing mix. Pour into casserole dish.

    Then sprinkle top with stuffing mix. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
