- 5 regular size yellow squash
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Boil squash until tender.

2Drain well and then mash.

3Add all other ingredients except cheese.

4Place in dish.

5Top with cheese and bake 30 minutes on 350°.
