Ingredients

  • 5 regular size yellow squash
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Boil squash until tender.

    Drain well and then mash.

    Add all other ingredients except cheese.

    Place in dish.

    Top with cheese and bake 30 minutes on 350°.
