Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked squash
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small bag Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • 1 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix squash, onion, sour cream and mushroom soup together. Melt margarine and pour over dressing; mix together.

    Put 1/2 of the dressing into a casserole dish and add the squash mixture. Put the other 1/2 of dressing on top of squash mixture.

    Bake in 350° oven for one hour or until golden.
