  • 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • buttered bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook squash with salt and pepper; drain. Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Place in casserole dish at 325°; bake 30 minutes. Increase heat to 350°. Place buttered white bread crumbs on top and bake until browned.
