Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can squash or 5 fresh cooked garden squash
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 can milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small bag Cheddar cheese
  • Ritz crackers

Directions

    Cook squash and onions until tender.

    Drain off excess water. Add everything else except Ritz crackers.

    Mix all together really good.

    Pour into buttered baking dish.

    Top with Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes.
