Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6-8 yellow squash
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c. sweet milk
  • 1 stack soda crackers, aprox. 40, crushed
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Slice squash and onion, boil in small amount of water.

    Drain and add eggs, milk and almost all of mixture of cheese, crackers and melted margarine.

    Salt & pepper to taste.

    Pour into baking dish and top with remaining mixture.

    Bake 20 minutes at 300°. Put 1/2 of cheese mixture in with squash and put rest on top.
