- 2 lb. squash, cooked
- salt and pepper
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 stick Parkay margarine
Directions

1Mix squash, salt, pepper, carrot, sour cream, soup and onion. Melt butter and combine with dressing mix.

2Put half of dressing mix in 2-quart rectangular baking dish.

3Pour on squash mixture and then add the rest of the dressing mix.

4Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
