- 1 pkg. squash, cooked and drained
- 1 onion
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 2 slices bread
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cook and drain squash.

2Brown onion in butter.

3Mix eggs, milk, crumbled up bread, cream of mushroom soup, onion and squash. Pour into casserole dish and top with grated cheese.

4Bake at 325° for 35 minutes, then at 350° for 10 more minutes.
