  • 1 pkg. squash, cooked and drained
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Cook and drain squash.

    Brown onion in butter.

    Mix eggs, milk, crumbled up bread, cream of mushroom soup, onion and squash. Pour into casserole dish and top with grated cheese.

    Bake at 325° for 35 minutes, then at 350° for 10 more minutes.
