  • 3 to 4 cooked squash
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can undiluted mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Mix cooked squash, soup, onion, cheese, beaten eggs and cracker crumbs. Pour into a casserole dish. Top with additional crushed cracker crumbs and dot thoroughly with oleo. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
