- 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Directions

1Mix squash, salt, pepper, carrot, sour cream and soup.

2Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.

3Line a dish with part of stuffing.

4Pour squash mixture over stuffing in dish.

5Sprinkle rest of stuffing over the top of mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
