Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large container sour cream
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 6 or 8 large squash

Directions

    Cook squash in a little water on top of stove for not more than 3 or 4 minutes.

    Turn off heat and let sit there with lid on while you mix remaining ingredients.

    Line a large, flat pan with herb stuffing mix after buttering, then pour squash mixture in. Top with rest of herb stuffing mix.

    Dot with butter all over and bake until brown.
