- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large container sour cream
- 1 large onion
- 1 carrot, grated
- 6 or 8 large squash
Directions

1Cook squash in a little water on top of stove for not more than 3 or 4 minutes.

2Turn off heat and let sit there with lid on while you mix remaining ingredients.

3Line a large, flat pan with herb stuffing mix after buttering, then pour squash mixture in. Top with rest of herb stuffing mix.

4Dot with butter all over and bake until brown.
