- 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. bread crumbs (for topping)
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs.

3Put in a casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.

4Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
