Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 medium size squash
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • corn flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Slice squash and place into sprayed casserole dish.

    Spread soup (no water added) over squash.

    Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Top with corn flakes.

    Cook for additional 10 minutes or until corn flakes are golden brown. Should be tender and crisp.
