  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 medium onion, diced finely
  • 1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix

    Mix all ingredients.

    Top with 1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. If topping becomes too brown, cover with foil.
