- 1 lb. yellow squash, cut up
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
- lightly buttered bread crumbs
- paprika
Directions

1Cook vegetables in a very small amount of salted water. Add oleo and cheese and let melt; add mayonnaise and beaten egg. Mix well and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Add lightly buttered bread crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
