- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Directions

1Cook squash until tender, drain water and mash up.

2Add cream of chicken soup, pimentos, onion, carrot, and sour cream; mix well.

3Put 1/2 of Pepperidge stuffing in bottom of dish.

4Pour squash mixture in dish.

5Melt butter and mix with other half of stuffing; spread over top.

6Cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
