- 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- garlic salt/flakes to taste
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium jar diced pimiento
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing or any herb stuffing
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°. Cut up squash. Cook until tender. Drain thoroughly and mash well. Chop onion.
