  • 2 1/2 lb. yellow crookneck squash
  • 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • garlic salt/flakes to taste
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium jar diced pimiento
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing or any herb stuffing

    Preheat oven to 325°. Cut up squash. Cook until tender. Drain thoroughly and mash well. Chop onion.
