- 2 lb. squash, cooked
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 pkg. herb stuffing (cornbread)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 c. shredded carrots
Directions

1Mix squash, carrots, salt, pepper, onions, sour cream and undiluted soup.

2Mix melted oleo with stuffing mix.

3Line casserole with about 1/2 the stuffing. Pour squash mix over stuffing.

4Top with remaining stuffing mix.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. Cook onion and squash 5 minutes; drain well.
