- 1 12-2 12 cups flour, divided
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 (1 ounce) packages fast rising yeast
- 1 -2 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup milk
- 14 cup honey
- 1 -2 tablespoon margarine
- 34 cup mashed squash
- 1 egg
Directions

1Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, whole wheat flour, yeast and salt in a large mixing bowl.

2Heat milk, honey and margarine ina a small saucepan until very hot (125-130*).

3Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture, mixing until smooth.

4Mix in squash and egg.

5Miex enough remaining flour to make a smooth dough.

6Knead dough on floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.

7Place dough in greased bowl; let stand, covered, in a warm place until double in size - 30-45 minutes.

8Punch down dough.

9Divide dough into 24 pieces; shape into round rolls and place in greased muffin tins.

10Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until browned.
