Ingredients
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 pkg. corn bread mix
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 9 medium yellow squash, cooked and drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Prepare cornbread as instructed on packets.

2Saute onion, pepper and celery in margarine until tender.

3Add to cornbread. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well.

4Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

5Bake at 400° until it reaches the consistency you desire, approximately 30 minutes.
