- 2 lb yellow squash
- 1 pan cornbread
- 1/2 c chopped celery
- 2 T margarine
- 1 (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 c water
- 2 c milk
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions

1Cook squash until tender; mash.

2Mix cornbread with milk and set aside.

3Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.

4Mix black pepper, soup, poultry seasoning and squash.

5Add to celery and onion.

6Stir in cornbread mixture.

7Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish and bake until set in 350° oven.
