  • 8 yellow squash
  • 8 small green onions with tops
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. cooked bacon
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 4 slices buttered toast (makes about 1 c. crumbs)
  • grated Cheddar cheese
