Ingredients
- 1 lb. yellow squash
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Grate squash and onion on large section of grater.

2Mix all other ingredients, except margarine, in a 375° oven.

3Place a slightly greased iron skillet or casserole dish in oven until almost smoking hot.

4(It is very important to do it this way or it will not brown properly.)

5Remove from oven and pour melted margarine over top.

6Cook until brown, (375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour).
