Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 pkg. cornbread mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 c. cooked squash, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Saute onion, bell pepper, celery and margarine.

    Bake cornbread, following directions on package.
  3. 3
    Crumble cornbread and mix all of the ingredients together.

    Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 400° for about 50 minutes or until lightly browned.
