Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Cook onions in butter.

    Mix cracker crumbs, milk, salt, pepper and cooked onions into squash and fold in beaten eggs.

    Pour in a greased pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
