- 2 c. cooked squash
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Cook onions in butter.

2Mix cracker crumbs, milk, salt, pepper and cooked onions into squash and fold in beaten eggs.

3Pour in a greased pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
