  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 2/3 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 2 well beaten eggs

Directions

    Saute onion in margarine.

    Mix with cracker crumbs, milk, salt, pepper, sugar and squash.

    Fold in eggs.

    Pour into a well-greased baking dish.

    Bake for an hour at 350°.
