- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Combine squash, eggs, onion, seasonings and cracker crumbs; mix well.

2Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls into hot oil.

3Cook until golden brown, turning once.
