  • 3 c. cooked squash, cooked in salt water, drained
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell
