  • 2 c. squash or eggplant
  • 2 c. cornbread crumbs
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • pinch of sage
  • salt and pepper to taste
