- 2 cups Pureed Squash (preferably butternut)
- 1/4 cup Cream
- 1/2 cup Chicken or Vegetable Stock
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 Shallot
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tablespoons White Wine or Vermouth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Sage
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
Directions

1Sautee vegetables and/or meat with garlic and shallot in oil until browned and remove from pan.

2Deglaze pan with wine.

3Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.

4Add previously sauteed vegetables

5Season with salt, pepper, and brown sugar if desired.
