- 1 lb. squash
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. cheese, grated
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- salt and pepper
- 2 to 3 slices bread or bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Cook and drain squash.

2Mix with sugar, egg, mayonnaise, grated cheese, butter and bread crumbs.

3Add salt and pepper to taste.

4Top with pecans.

5Cook at 375°
