- 8 c. small squash
- 2 c. onions, sliced
- 4 cubed bell peppers
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Place squash, onion, pepper and salt in large pan.

2Cover with ice cubes.

3Let stand 2 hours; drain.

4Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over squash, onion and pepper.

5Bring to a good boil.

6Place in jars and seal.

7Makes about 5 pints.
