  • 8 c. sliced yellow squash
  • 4 small white sliced onions
  • 2 sweet peppers (1 green and 1 red)
  • 1/2 c. coarse salt
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed

Directions

    Bring to a boil; add vegetables and bring to a boil again. Cook 3 minutes.

    Pack in sterilized jars.
