- 8 c. yellow squash, sliced thin
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, cut in strips
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Place vegetables in a large container. Sprinkle with salt and let stand for 1 hour. Drain, but do not wash. Bring vinegar, sugar and seeds to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Add vegetables. Bring to a hard boil and pack in jars.
