- 8 c. squash, sliced
- 2 c. onions, sliced
- 4 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 c. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 tsp. turmeric
Directions

1Sprinkle salt over squash, onions and peppers; let set 1 hour. Cover with ice; drain.

2Mix vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard seed and turmeric.

3Bring to a full boil.

4Pour over squash.

5Put back on stove; bring to a full boil.

6Pack in jars.
