- 8 c. yellow squash
- 2 c. onions
- 4 bell peppers
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tsp. turmeric powder
Directions

1Put squash, onions and bell pepper in salted ice water for 1 hour; drain well.

2Mix vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, celery seed and turmeric powder together.

3Bring to a boil and put in squash, onions and pepper.

4Boil another 10 to 12 minutes.

5Put pickles in jar and seal.
