- 4 onions, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. vinegar
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Combine squash, onions, bell pepper and salt.

2Let stand overnight.

3Next morning, rinse in cold water 2 times.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Cook 20 minutes.

6Seal in jars.
