- 4 c. onions, sliced thin
- 4 c. white vinegar
- 4 tsp. celery seed
- 4 tsp. mustard
- 6 c. sugar
- 8 bell peppers, sliced in rings
- dash of salt
Directions

1Cut onions and squash; put in large pan and let set for 1 hour.

2Add all other ingredients; bring to a boil in a different pan.

3Then pour over squash and onions.

4Let come to a hard boil; pour in jars and seal.
