- 9 c. yellow squash, sliced thin
- 4 medium onions, sliced
- 3 sweet peppers, sliced
- 1/2 c. salt
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
Directions

1Mix yellow squash, onions, peppers and salt; mix well.

2Put in a crock pot.

3Cover with water, then with ice.

4Let set 3 hours. Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

5Drain squash and add vinegar mixture.

6Boil for 3 minutes.

7Put in jars and seal.
