Ingredients

  • 1 c. squash (winter)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Directions

    Wash, slice and cover squash in water.

    Cook until tender; drain off water.

    Mash squash thoroughly and mix in rest of ingredients.

    Place in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° until a knife stuck in middle comes out clean or until top is golden brown.
