Ingredients
- 4 to 5 medium cooked squash
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. canned milk or plain
- 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- pinch of salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Cook squash and drain off liquid.

2Put in blender and puree. Combine flour and sugar together.

3Put squash in mixing bowl, add margarine, sugar and flour.

4Mix salt, flavorings and eggs.

5Mix real good and bake in unbaked pie crust.

6(Makes 2 pies.)

7Bake at 350° until done, about 30 to 35 minutes.

8(Use all lemon flavoring or all vanilla, if you like that best.)
