- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
- nutmeg
Directions

1Mix together flour and eggs and add to mashed squash.

2Add evaporated milk and vanilla.

3Pour into dish and sprinkle with nutmeg and cook for 35 minutes at 350°.
