  • 3 small squash, boiled and mashed (2 c.)
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Mix together flour and eggs and add to mashed squash.

    Add evaporated milk and vanilla.
  3. 3
    Pour into dish and sprinkle with nutmeg and cook for 35 minutes at 350°.
