  • 1 c. squash, cooked, drained and mashed fine
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal or pancake mix
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1 egg
