- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. cooked squash
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Mix eggs, butter and squash in large bowl. In another bowl, mix sifted dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and raisins.

3Stir just until batter is moistened throughout.

4Spoon into 12 muffin cups and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm.
