- 1 yellow squash, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 12 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
- 12 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 14 teaspoon celery salt
- 18 cup fresh asiago cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350

2Coat the bottom of a casserole dish with olive oil.

3Line the bottom of the dish with the squash making sure that they are laid out evenly and sprinkle with vinegar.

4Top with even amounts of garlic, basil and celery salt.

5Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes.

6remove from oven and add about one cube of cheese per slice.

7(some will need more, some less).

8Cook for another 15 minutes remove and let cool for five minutes and serve on crackers or eat by themselves.
