- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped onion
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. grated cheese
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Boil squash, drain and mash.

2Add onion, milk, eggs, cheese, butter and salt.

3Pour into casserole dish.

4Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
