  • 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped onion
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • buttered bread crumbs

Directions

    Boil squash, drain and mash.

    Add onion, milk, eggs, cheese, butter and salt.

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
