- 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 oz. chopped pimentos
- 1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Boil squash in salted water; drain and mash.

2Melt butter in skillet.

3Add onions and cook until tender.

4Pour onions and butter into squash.

5Add celery seed, pimentos, cheese and eggs. Mix all and bake in a buttered pan at 350° for 30 minutes.
